The Bra Clinic has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that price quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been correctly described.

The Garment sizes and dimensions given are approximate only, However, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Bra Clinic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in all of the materials on this website. The Bra Clinic shall not be liable to any person for ant loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order, Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of goods ordered.

Returns

We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (Excluding all delivery Charges). You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. We would like to ask customers to take good care when trying on garments.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item(s) has been received and inspected, it is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
